Timing Cover Removed and Injection Pump Cleaning

Yesterday a good start was made in cleaning the injection pump, the gear and front plate were removed and cleaned then replaced. We rolled out the complete front axle so we could remove the timing case cover in readiness to fit a new front crankshaft oil seal which was ordered from Suttons. The cover was cleaned and now awaits the area behind the water pump to be filled before replacing (see first pictures on the Engine page)
