Major Website Update, Project Status & Covid

So its been a very long time since we started the project. As you can see from the image progress has not changed very much.

Life has gotten in the way. I was made redundant in 2011 and the focus then was on my new job then moving house. I now live an hours drive from Dad and the tractor.

10 years has passed and at the beginning of 2020 we agreed to push forward with the project and get to old gal finished. But then covid-19 came along and put that on hold.

Once restrictions and sheilding gets lifted we plan to work on her in 2021.

The website, hosted by moonfruit, required a big update because the Adobe Flash technology its based on becomes unsupported in January 2021.

I've now ported the site over to HTML5 and this requird a lot of manual work to adjust the existing content. I took the opportunity to 'backup' the web site content to Word.

All old Guestbook comments have been kept but a new guestbook added.

The blog is new technoclogy and all previous blog posts are now in the new format.

I've added a new page for Tractor World 2011 photos and fixed all the videos.

Going forward and over xmas 2020 I'll review the page content and update where its out of date and I have plenty of photos to add.
