Planning Project Completion

On Sunday I spent a few hours digging around in the workshop.

I was locating all the Tractor Part that had been stashed away in various places.

I took an inventry of what we had, chceing the condition and locating fixings.

Thats now pretty well organised for the next phase.

I created a list of new parts need to complete her, at a rough guess and without paint or consumables, comes to around £350.

Top of the list is a filter service kit.

Its been 10 years since we made any real progress, I plan to spend at least 2 days a month working on the project to get it over the line. Since the initial work we need to look at the electrics again, we have an issue with the charge and oli pressure lamps not lighting, this means fuel tank off again and a re wire/new loom. We have yet to rerun any lighting cables so this makes sence.

Discussion points are to be had on the paint. We used single tin enamel but we might want to consider a two pack for the tin work.

However we are looking at haviong a big clear out of the workshop, in preparation for repaining the floor. This will be ideal to keep the painting stations clear of dust.
