Sourced new brake cam springs

Yesterday we sourced two new brake cam shaft springs that push a washer on the rear of the brake back plate. This is designed to keep the muck and crud out of the inner brake workings. We have been searching for a while for replacements and last week priced up a custom job with a spring manufacturer but at over 80 quid we decided to keep searching. A quick mention of our issue on the Fordson Tractor Pages forum lead to someone hinting to try Massey Ferguson as the springs are identical to 35, 135 etc.. A quick call and a short drive later we were laden with 4 of the offending springs and the best part only 2 quid (+ some pennies) lighter!
