Front Axle Together & Engine Block Cleaning

This week we got the front axle refitted which enabled us to roll out the chassis to start cleaning down the engine block. Besides Dad dropping a piece of wire directly in to the gearbox via a top bolt hole (yer I know... we didn't believe he did it either!) the only issue we came across was the complete corrosion of the rear water jacket cap on the head of the engine, photos are on the 'Engine' page, click the link below to view the forum post.
